It’s been a while since we started in 2001 from a small town of Assam, India, called Dibrugarh with an ISDN connection connecting our Windows NT 4.0 server to the Internet and providing hosting and e-mail services. We grew in branches with HAPSOFTWARE being our software development wing and Pioneer Online Network being our networking wing providing dedicated services for years.

We are now changing with the development of new generation technologies and development of modern infrastructure and norms. We will provide wider services in addition to our existing services.
